...ok, I've been bad and vote 10 because i luv the two...if it says vehicle not been rated yet and i give it a 10 then it goes to 7.75 out of 10 rating.
..same as if its rating is 7.78 and i give it a 10.
..it goes down....so I'm asking on what basis does this system work because the only assumption i can come to is an unfair one that defeats the purpose of being able to rate a car.
...please explain
