Hi and welcome to IMOC :thumleft:

Treat her to a service as you'll probably find that the misfire is something simple like leads or dissi cap/rotor arm or sparks.

Got any plans for modding etc?

Hi Matt

Thanks, very friendly bunch here :D

I have that in my to do list, but thats got to wait as I spent all my months wages in the space of a week lol

I would love to stick some nicer wheels on, an induction kit & zorst and sort out all the little niggles but I cant afford it at the moment.

Planning on traveling to Oz next year for 8 weeks so Im in tight mode lol.

Got a Modified Pug 205 to sell & a VW transporter camper van to sell though so when they go I may have some acsh for a few bits... but that said the better half may kill me if I spend holiday money on a car lol...

Very nice by the way Joe.

Same colour as mine if I'm not mistaken. You got any daylight pics you can post up, some of the engine bay too?

By the way on your garage pic if you put one of these Image at the end it'll display the pic

Cheers guys

I know, I got it for £675! with a months tax & MOT til june :)
Needed a lockset as the ignition key was broken in the ignition but I got that for £40

Will get some pics over the weekend, only have pics in the dark as it's always dark at the moment lol

Cheers for that, I have updated that now, so it should show in there.

Just noticed this morn that my oil light is staying on for a few seconds after start up, could this be anything serious?

Cheers

Current issues lol:
Electric ariel not working - in bits in boot
Central locking not working - pass
Electric mirrors not working - pass
Hesitating under load - think I know whats causing issue but skint lol
1 + 1/2 keys - new lock set to fit
Rear spoiler needs re-painting
Wheels - dont like them, would like the Rev 2 5 spokes (15")
Not sure if it has power steering or not?

Dont think thats to bad considering price :)

My other vehicles... which are forsale by the way

My aerial doesn't work also lol

Don't know how to answer the other points but the Rev1 (that you and I have) didn't come with PAS (Power Steering)

You did well for the price though imo :thumleft:

Love the modded blue Van. What is it?! The yellow car (205?) is very nicely done.

I might have a set in decent condition for sale soon. All with reasonable tread on the tyres. Let me know if you're interested.

Just realised my reply had gone! lol

Cheers Kris, that would explain why the steering is so bloody heavy then lol.

Thanks guys, it is a 205 Rallye 1.4 underneath. It will be upforsale in Spring with 12 months Mot/Tax for about 3-4k but must have spent 6k in labor on just the bodywork #-o

The vans on ebay as we speak, shes a home converted 1.9d T4 transporter. Really dont want to sell either but im saving to go to Oz with the missus 8)

Matt how much for the wheels? Mine dont seem to grip to well in the wet
