A 50 liter compressor is enough.. because you will be pausing which will give the compressor chance to catch up.

The primary importance would be the location.. a paint dryer should not be required as long as you are doing correct depth of coat. I would get a devill bliss gun. and alot of patients. you want a garage that isn't damp you want it hoovered soo there isn't any dust its a good idea to hang up sheets on the roof make sure you wash the floor down good and propper first as this settles the dust.

I'd recommend you get a spare body panel a compressor and practice for a while before you even consider doing other wise.. its not as easy as it looks.

and take your time.. it can take a very long time to get a perfect finish. :thumleft:

I have a bonnet in my shed that i have been prepping.. I have been prepping for serveral days before i even consider spraying. :thumleft:

there is a good haynes manual on spraying i can't remember what its called but i have it at home. :?

and always thoroughly clean the spray gun and all your equipment after you have used it.
