Picked the car up from my mechanic last night, had a new cam belt and my old Mongoose exhaust fitted.

Next on the agenda is painting the calipers red and sticking a set of lowering springs on - see separate post under Modifications, I need some advice on that!

What do you think? My old Rev1 looks sad and don't those 14s look small!

I don't hang around. I put them on yesterday, they look great but the car needs lowering now. There's a set of Tein springs coming my way from Rogue as we speak!

Looking pretty good I gota say. Your just gona go with the mongoose and swap it at MOT time or did you get that issue resolved? The new wheels look giant nxt to the old 14s... what are they 17s?
Pm me once you've got it lowered and then we'll do the photoshoot proper.... 2 rev1s and and rev3 to play with.. should get some decent images if we can find good locations and light.

I should have the lowering springs by tomorrow and I've got the afternoon off, so weather permitting I might stick them on tomorrow.

I can't keep two MR2s. All being well the old Rev1 is going to a new home this evening.

Yep, the new wheels are 17s but because the spokes are so thin they look even bigger.

Can't wait to do the photoshoot!
