[Mk2] [NA] going to start fitting my border front next week. any tips etc

as title, going to start fitting lots of bits next week so any tips on removal of the old one etc will be appreciated. already looked in the knowledge base section and got a rough idea.

I mounted some bolts from behind the border bumper to butt it to the front wings. The body shop have done alot of other work about 3hrs without the spay and prep.
