Wing mirror glass

Hi guys,

Some bright spark decided they didn't take a liking to my passenger wing mirror and so smashed the glass. I would understand if it was an accident but the passenger side was actually at the kerb side and there isn't a path either, just grass. The authorities will be informed.

Anyway, I only need a new mirror not the whole housing. I was wondering if I could get a pair of those blue or green coloured mirrors that are on cars nowadays. Does anyone know where to get them from my my mk2 ?

Halfords do them, but i don't think they are on shelf stock.

Speak to the bloke and he should be able to order one...

Thanks Dave, just called and they don't them. Called Mr T and they want £20 for one !

Time to look for a scrappy near by......
