How my car's changed

Post by dawolf »

Just thought I'd post some 'now and then' pics of my G-Limited. The pics show how much the car has changed in the 3 years I've owned it.

Pics from 2004:

Things I've added or changed on the exterior since ownership in order of doing them:

- Removed rear window stickers
- Put clear sidelights on
- Changed UK front number plate to jap style
- Put powerflow twin exhaust on
- Changed sticker on rear bumper
- Had front wings and lower driver's door resprayed
- Tinted repeater lights
- Put Fox RS-7 17" wheels on
- Removed rear window tint

The only performance mod apart from exhaust is an induction kit.

Any comments appreciated :thumleft:

Looking good mate. Love the black MR2's. My personal preferance would be to remove the stickers but thats just my opinion, otherwise a lovely looking car.

Cheers guys. I guess I haven't really done anything major to the car except maybe the wheel change, but every small detail adds up and I much prefer how it looks now.

I tried to remove the door stickers once with a hairdryer but they didn't want to budge and I didn't want to damage the paint. Probably just needed more force. I do sometimes wonder if it would cleaner without them.

ummm, you need Jelsol mate. You just spray it over the sticker, leave for 20 mins and they will peel off without damaging the paint.
