Hiya mate.

I'm from Penarth, just outside of Cardiff. Afraid there's not a lot of choice around the South Waleas area. Hyeline are not bad, but rather expensive. Other than that, you have Osaka Auto Design in Newport.

What needs doing? Just a service....?

I'm in Llanelli but can't recommend any garages sorry as I do all the work on my car myself. Another member on here is deadhumancollector and he's from Mumbles, don't know if he could give the names of anyone.

Cheers Guys

Yeah i know of Hyeline, not used them tho

i have used Osaka before and they were very helpful with my Mazda MX3 and my Honda CRX, but a tad on the expensive side heh

I am after a service but more importantly to fit a new radiator as my post http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=65931 describes

i need to check if the dramatic overheating and bucket load of steam and noise means i have damaged the internals or the Turbo

Cheers

Bit late I know but only just seen this.
I had prices for certain work from Hyelin and it was over the top and full of doom and gloom about what else they might find.

I do most of the work myself but when I don't fancy tackling something i book it into D&J motors in Cardiff (029 20 362765). The blokes there know what they're doing and come up with a fair price. Someone told me they used to work at the Nissan main delaers before setting up on their own.

Had the cam belt done there on my tubby and on my wifes lexus - very happy.

JB

Think i'm just gonna go to my longstanding mechanic, he's not really experienced with imports but has got around 30yrs general experience, my dad has known him since they were kids so i know he's not gonna rip me off or lie to me hah

I know of 2 in cardiff that i use, 1 of the company's is now closed down due to redevelopment, but i still have the guys mobile number(the guy did 85% of work on my cars) and now working in barry.
Also got another guy who fitted my lsd gearbox and driveshafts to the rev 1
I took ryan out for a quick spin but have a oil leak, i think it's from the rocker cover so hes going to sort that next week with rev 2 throttle body upgrade, but point is the box is in tip top condition and knows mr2 turbos
If you want the numbers pm me :thumleft:
