Anyone know if Pete has problems at the moment?

I ordered 2 new rear ball joints last Wednesday and am still waiting for them.

I have called and Txt him but have had not response.

Any one else have a issue?

i've been waiting for warranty replacements for some droplinks of mine, he says they were posted on the 6th but to this day no response from emails. if he has problems then i understand but this is terrible customer service.

JUst had a call off Pete, he had some family issues and all part have been sent and my Mechnic Just called saying they turned up.

So all should be back to good now

i'm sure hes a top guy and never had a problem previously, but 5 weeks to get back to me, and i'm still waiting. all i asked for was a quote and he offered to replace some parts under warranty, hardly like i asked. if any of you know him outside of his business can you please remind him that i'm still waiting. all emails direct or through the website are not getting answered.
