[Mk2] [NA] 4 wheel alignment settings

hey guys i gota get the full works on my suspension as it all over the place, i have lowered it by 30-35 mm with kyb shock inserts as 1 front and 1 rear were nackered

first question is
i braught the toyota oem bolts from twos r us but am not sure if .75 degree is enough to reset the camber on my wheels, gona try to use a friends garage to use the guage tongiht but ne info would be greate

second thing is has anybody got the settings for the 4 wheels alignment that i would need for it beeing lowered and the settings for the standard rideheight as i am hopefully going to a place in malden monday

i'm getting my done soon, but i remember from other cars that they first enter you car make in the computer and it brings up what the specific setting should be for an mr2.

i'm hopping this is the way, it should be. make sure its the lazer alignment and not the mirrors that some places still use.
