I am selling my Turbo converted MR2.

It was a 1991 GTi 16v but i had it converted by fensport into a Turbo.

It has the following done to it:

Car has 140,000km
Engine was put in at 80,000km
Engine has only only done 60,000km
Bilstein Suspension
Drilled/Grooved/vented discs all round
Uprated brake pads
APEXi Boost Gauge
APEXi Gauge controller
Blitz BOV
Mongoose Exhaust
18" 5 Spoke alloys
Uprated Suspension Bushings
front and rear torsion bars

(front is a cusco adjustable)
Momo steering wheel and carbon gear shifter knob
Border front bumper
TOM's left side

"snorkle" style engine scoop
HKS induction kit
HKS Turbo timer
Headlight angle adjuster

(sleepy eye look)

(there might be more

- have to dig out receipts)

The head gasket blew on the car and i have been in the process of dismantling, then rebuilding the car.

I have just found out that i am going to be moved to the USA permanently in June, and don't have time to finish rebuilding the car.

As such i am going to just cut my losses and sell it to someone who needs a project car.

I have the bits in the shed and the car in the garage.

I have also polished up a bunch of the engine pipe work and repainted a bunch of stuff too.

The car was never boosted above the standard 0.6 to 0.8 boost levels as i had planned to use the car for a 400hp project myself.

All the parts i have are in good condition

(cams, pistons, chambers etc.

).

If someone wanted to buy it just to put back together

- it'll cost them around 500-750 quid to do

(either through S-Bits or Kev at S&M motors

- fensports guy).

The car as a running vehicle was worth over 3000 quid

(it was on e-bay until i blew the head gasket on a test drive).

I am looking for sensible offers, or i will just break the car and sell the parts

(which will be worth way more than a grand).
