I have just completed fitting a 4AGZE engine to my Mk1.
Have had it running on the spot and pulled it around my drive without a problem.
It was when i decided to take it down the street that it decided to cut out on me, and not restart.
I have found there is no spark.
.. power is all still there to the ignitor and through all my adapted wiring but its not actually firing. Its a MAP sensored engine.Any thoughts.
..I have checked fuses and all wiring, nowt wrong there.
