I have had a search and am i right in thinking that Mobil 1 10/40 is the one to use, if not which one and where would i get it from?

Also where do i get the oil filter from and the spark plugs

go to your local motor factors mate only £5 for an oil filter and try chrisgts for sparkplugs

Ok, currys motors is just down the road, will try there, is it the same filter as the UK NA one?

Right ok, after long research, i have assumed that this is correct:-

Sparkplugs: NGK BKR7E's
Oil: Fully Synthetic Mobil 1 15W50
Filter: Genuine Toyota one, will they stock a Turbo one or is it the same.

Can anyone tell me if its correct?

Also will Halfords have the oil and sparks?

get the longer of the two filters for a tubby. it doesn't overly matter in all honesty, but i just equate a longer filter as being of larger capacity.
