Remove the 'URL' button

Sometime in the past couple of weeks a change has been made.
I wondered why my links weren't working in posts.
Thought perhaps it was just because I was viewing my own post and it displayed it differently.

Have now discovered that putting a link *without* the URL button, everything works cushty.

So there's no point in this button anymore unless I'm mistaken?

Good point..maybe till we upgrade php and solve the preg_replace problem that is causing the issue we should remove the button. I will try remember to do this monday.
