2 cars one insurance policy?

Post by craigt1097 »

Hello all

Do any of you have 2 cars. If so what is the best way to handle the car insurance? Do you know of a company that will insure me on 2 cars at the same time. tying to limit the mileage on my 2 and i have a old escort soft top just sat doing nothing at the moment.

Thanks in advance.

Yep we have 4 cars!

but i have two insured under my name.

You will have to get two seperate insurance policies. Unless the other car is already insured by someone else in which case you could drive it under third party insurance on your car providing you have FC cover.

If both cars are yours and you are responsible for their insurance then you have to get two seperate policies. You could put one on a limited mileage policy. Pity you can't get classic insurance, as that works out cheaper.

Hi,

Admiral will give you a second policy for a second car and match the no-claims discount you have on your main policy, of course the main policy has to be with them though!
