ignition timing with bigger turbo

wat are people doing wen they upgrade the turbo, ignition wise? will the factory ecu retard the ignition enough? i have an msd digital 6 and can retard the ignition in one lump sum at 2psi wondering wat anybody is doing for tuning this part?
