Seals are obtainable but at a big cost, there is another couple of alternatives to try first though:
1. Silicon/Rubber rejuvinator - Halfords - Yellow Spray can.
2. Eccentric Rods, these are the pins in the T Bars the locate when you lock the handle in position, renewing these will enable the roof to close on the seals a bit better.
If you do a search through the forums you will also find various other methods of stopping the leak, but I would go for one or both of the above. The rods are of minimal expense from your local Toyota dealer.
