Inner/Outer sills corroded - costs involved?

My car failed its MOT yesterday, the main points being corrosion on the - inner/outer rear sills on both sides, inner rear wheel arch and seat belt outer sill anchor points.
I bought the car about a year ago for £2k and its had a respray about a couple of years ago. There's no obvious signs of rust on the bodywork.
I have a friendly garage that may be able to do the work but was just looking for some gudiance as to the cost and what parts I need to buy (sills?).

a proper rip off though imo, best see what your local welder can get to match,
