Happy Birthday Rory,
My quote on a Supra TT was also cheaper than my MR2 too, by just over £100.00

happy birthday you old git, i'm 23 in march
mmmmm supra.... na i won't get a quote incase hehe
You know you want to
Completely different car to the MR2 though... easy to drive (esp. in auto form) with the huge amount of torque waaay low down ... and its mega easy to do warp speeds without realising it... although that could well be a bad point!
For info, I'm 26, full (8+ years) ncb, 0 points, paying ~720 ish, fc, on my import TT.

Dont rub it in. I wish I was 21 again! Feeling older every day!
Ill prob look at getting a Supra in a couple of years time. Im more that happy with the tubby for now!!

I'd put money on the fact that I could find cheaper insurance on a supra tt than my gts.
Apparently there have been a dramatic increase in accident claims for the mr2 turbo. Probably just some lad in essex with a burberry cap who writes off one a day

For me, fully comp on a TT would be 1500, 23 with 2ncb. Think i will wait until I am 25 for one!
Supras aren't as big as they look Chris
Length - 4,520
Width - 1,810
Height - 1,275
Compare this with the MR2:
Length - 4,170
Width - 1,700
Height - 1,240
Not a huge difference considering the size of the engine it has.
For the record mine costs me around £100 a year less to insure than my MR2 did, unfortunately those savings are dented as soon as you fill up with petrol a couple of times.

I don't think it's fair to bring essex into it... Just a Burberry cap wearing Chaz would do....
Although 90% of them do live in Essex.... Some of us Essex Boyzzz don't have any burberry gear...
