How do i get a-pillar off???

Post by jimGTS »

i have a t-bar, so might make a difference peeps.

i want to install pillar pod, and want to do it well, especially as the pod is a universal one, so will need a bit of work to make it look right.

The panel basically clips on,you need to remove your T-bar panel then just unclip it from top to bottom.Be careful though the bottom portion that runs down to the sill has a tendency to snap in two.

Sort of unclip the top part then try pulling the panel up away from the dash. This is sort of when it puts strain on the bottom portion.

cheapest place i could find the pod for.
RGM make, universal.
quality of it isnt particulary great, but once i cut it to bits, and shape it around the pillar, should look really nice.
