Supercar Sunday *free tickets* [only 3 left] MK1

The MK1 Club has been invited to this spectacular annual event, with our club stand in a dedicated sports car area. We will have a limited number of free tickets & club stand space, and this will be available to members on a ‘first-come first-serve’ basis.

This year Supercar Sunday will again coincide with Father's Day, Sunday 18th June, at the Heritage Motor Museum, Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Show highlights include:

* the largest gathering of Lamborghinis in the UK
* Carabatics displays
* Delorean cavalcade
* Supercar and clubs displays
* the brand new Super Food and Drink Show
* dream ride in one of your favourite sports cars in exchange for a charity donation
* plus Go-K art racing, the Children's Roadway and Land Rover 4x4 off-road rides.

Last year saw a huge Lamborghini convoy of 40 cars from High Wycombe – I doubt we can top this, but it would be good to have a great MK1 turnout.

A Club Stand Organiser is also needed for this event, so if you want to play a more active role in the club and help out for this one event, then let me know asap.

Perhaps you should ask the IMOC event organisers if they can organise a stand for next year - i can only just manage to sort out stuff for one club at the mo! besides - this show was by club invitation only i think....

Does the car have to be show quality? Mine's nowhere near but largely ok for an unrestored daily driver.

Just need to check with 'she who must be obeyed' [-o< but hopefully I'll be there (may even bring my Dad too).

I don't think this is a show for show-only cars (I stand corrected). I intend going to the event in my car if it survives it's track day next weekend, and trust me my car is not show worthy!

Sorry guys - been on holiday for a few weeks ... only just got back.

Unfortunately the missus's MR2 is currently 1 brake caliper short of a full set ... and this is unlikely to change before Sunday.

As such I'm afraid we're gonna have to bow out this time ... which is a shame as Gaydon's only 15 mins down the road from us. Sorry guys.
