sunvisor screens - this weekends job!

Post by Neil_turbo »

Bought these a while back, always planned to modify them as knew the fit would be shocking, it was! couldnt close or open them!

So,
1) take apart standard ones
2) extend wire frame,
3) cut new one up!
4) cardboard up the spaces and glue gun it all in place
5) Fibreglass over the top, hold it all steady!
6) Roughly smoothen with plastic bumber filler (going to get covered!)
7) sand to shape

still to do
1) the back!!!
2) send to rhon for some more of her quality leatherwork!

Cant wait untill these are finished!
