So,
1) take apart standard ones
2) extend wire frame,
3) cut new one up!
4) cardboard up the spaces and glue gun it all in place
5) Fibreglass over the top, hold it all steady!
6) Roughly smoothen with plastic bumber filler
(going to get covered!)7) sand to shape
still to do
1) the back!!!
2) send to rhon for some more of her quality leatherwork!
