Oh, its not on all the time, only when i floor it and hit top end of revs or full boost ... somewhere around there where making the most power ...

Im sure it has something to do with either knock or injector duration. Have a look on your commnander (if you have one) and check to see what your max knock / injector durty lvl's are.
You can set the PFC to flash the engine warning light on when it detects too much knock or if the injectors are maxing out.

You have Boost Control set to ON in the menus, and no Apexi boost controller fitted?
