[Mk2 NA] stereo's giving me a headache!

hi all could anyone tell me where to find a stereo wiring diagram for a 1990 mr2 ive looked on various sites but the only one's i can find are the diagrams showing two block connectors i large one one small one my car only has the one block connecter? im pretty sure theres an amp in there somewhere because ive got the sub behind the seat i had it all wired and thought it was fine untill i turned my lights on and the fuse kept blowing so now im back to square one and its getting annoying ive been at this for 2 weeks now!! any info on this is very much apprecaited thanks
