Jap Fest , the UK's ultimate Japanese performance car show returns to Castle Combe. Organised by the team behind TRAX (Britain's premier track event car club), Jap Fest 2006 will feature all day low cost track action, a massive Car Club display area, all the best tuning and styling companies, a mobile rolling road and much more!

Discounts are available if we all book together. Costs are £14 on the gate and £8 if prebooked. We are only allowed to submit one single form for advanced tickets.

The stand spaces get booked v early so need to book asap

erm have spoken to the mk1 chap organising this for the club and he wants a mk1 club stand only.
however the club policy is to welcome all mk1's to any event stand whether a member on not.
unfortunately this would exclude MK2's

But - this will not be the case for all mk1 club events - it depends who is organising it. for all the ones i do they will be run similar to the santa pod one: run as a mk1 club stand open to all marks where appropriate, or any mk1's on a show stand.

the next one i do - rotorstock will be open, and also japshow at pod

Why not join the mr2oc stand and show unity thro out the mr2 comunity?

Could have a joint stand? As many peeps on here are members of both.

Just seems daft that theres 2's out there that may not end up on a stand cos of inter club reverlry!

I imagine MR2OC would probably want their own stand, I agree we are all MR2 owners but the clubs tend to like their individual identities!

Would be better to have an IMOC stand - I went on the mr2oc stand last year (thanks for the ticket James ) but didn't know any of the other peeps, plus I would rather show up for the IMOC crew as I spend more time on here!

me too! id love to be on a stand!! got a few nice mods planned over the next month or two should get mister two looking top notch!

and as i work away for most of the year, im actualy quite chuffed that im actualy avaliable for a jap show whilst at home!!

if i cant get in with the club then ill definatly be there anyway!!

Is the IMOC stand booked yet?

I wondered if we should ask the organisers if we can have our stands next to each other so we can have a 'get together' MK1 Club and IMOC.

(As it is a 'show' type event the MK1 club stand is open to any MK1's if you are not on the IMOC stand- but you need to contact me or steve Hallett to get you stand tickets.)

To get on the IMOC stand you only need to drive to it once you've paid entry

Would be nice to know of numbers before hand though.
