Alarm help

needed to change my headlight, so i followed the instructions in the book and removed the relevent fuse but i couldn't get to it, so me being lazy removed the fuse above it called dome (?) this enabled me to remove the correct fuse. Then i changed the bulb checked the lights and went home (was at aunties).

got home tried to lock the door with my fob and nothing, never mind i thought and locked it with the key. come out to the car 30 mins later unlocked the door with my key, open the door, and the alarm goes off. Alarm stops going off so i tried to turn on the car and nothing. 45 mins later while trying a variety of things it still wouldn't work (including taking the fuse out again). in the end after about an hour it did turn on (no idea how, but it did)

anyway same thing happend again tonight.

Anyone got any ideas what i've done?

Should i reset the alarm? if so how do i do it?

p.s it's a standard toyota alarm.

by the way its system 613

and the central locking doesn't work when i try to do it from the drivers side, but it does work from the passengers!!!
