Ipod adaptor for sony??

I have seen ipod to sony headunit adaptors on ebay and wonder if anyone here has used them and can let me know if they are any good.

If it's the Connects 2 unit your considering, I've just installed one and am very happy with it at the moment.

Logical navigation of all menus and playlists, CD Text/ID3 tags displayed and good sound quality. Better than my iTrip.

Recommended.
