can any1 tell me where i can get a new fog light bulb for my rev2 turbo (has steering fogs) as i cant get them in my local town,
would i need to get them from a dealer??

Dealer only I'm afraid - the bulbs you get from Halfords and the like are designed for Uk cars with fogs that don't move around - the steerable MR2 ones are on short wire leads. Been there and done that ...
The Fogs are a PITA to get out as well- the bolts often rust requiring you to drill them out
