Hey all

Hi All

It's about time I stopped lurking and came in to say hello 8)

A little about me; well I guess you could say I am a defector from the GT4 side of the world  ... Had myself a beautiful uk rev2 t-bar in a turquoise(sp) colour before i got my gt4 but now i'm after a rev2/3 tubby.

Been looking for a tubby for a month or so now and kept coming on here to look in the for sale section. Started reading the rest of the forum to get some info on the cars and i'm very impressed with this place due to the vast pool of knowledge and the friendly banter so i subscribed and became a premium member 8)

So with the wealth of information on here it seems i've got a lot of reading still to do  No doubt i'll have a few questions to ask, I'm sure I will get good and sound advice when I need it...great forum =D>

Cheers

Well managed to get myself a rev3 t-bar tubby so it's happy days for me.

The car was brought in by newera imports for the guy i bought it from in Feb 2004.It's a 94 model with 72k miles. Bodywork is very clean without a scratch or dent in sight. It's my 4th white car on the trot now 8)

It came with:

5zigen exhaust
Hks air filter
Hks bov
Aftermarket boost gauge
Volk 16" alloys
White lockwood dials.

On the whole it is a Tidy car and i'm pretty chuffed with it. It's very quick and responsive even running standard boost. I'm gonna drive it for a few months to get used to it and see if anything will need replaced before i think about any more mods.

The only real problem i've had with it up till now was sorting my insurance out. My insurance company decided that they have stopped insuring jap imports to under 25's even tho i insured a 400bhp jdm gt4 with them this year with all mods declared. Soooooooooo i had to change my insurance company and went with sky. £895 for me (23 years old, 4 years ncb, driving for 6 years) and my partner (22 years old, driving for 2 years) with all mods declared, not too bad i thought.

Thanks for reading

Cheers
