[Mk2] [Turbo] Gearbox Speed Sensor : 33403-19476

After some time (8 years) in the wilderness I am re-entering the 2 fold and dusting off my Tubby from the garage where it has lived since the kids arrived. Its been used off and on (50 miles a year) and serviced/MOT'd/insured each year so its mechanically sound and in good condition overall but I'm looking to get it back to great condition. As part of this I have been doing little jobs here and there including changing the gear box oil.

During the gearbox oil change I noticed a few bits of plastic in the oil and when I removed the speed sensor the plastic gear on the end was in a bad way. I have tried Toyota and numerous other suppliers worldwide but can't get the part which is 33403-19476 (I believe but I'm happy to be corrected)

I'm hoping that someone on here has a solution as they seem to be a common failure on cars our age.

If not then try putting an alert onto some 24/7 spares sites as there are bound to be 2s being broken in less specialist garages/breakers.
