Immobiliser prob possibly

Hi
Since my last post "Suddenly won't start" I now know the fuel pump works and all the fuses are intact.
However I've noticed that the immobiliser light is flashing at all key positions.
I charged the battery..checked the key fob battery and tried to reprogramme the system by holding down both key buttons for 10 secs and then 2 times on the unlock button

Next thing..is it the ECU and please....where is it?
