[Mk2] [NA] Need Help with Hardrace Rear Trailing Arms

Hi All,

Just fitted a pair of the Hardrace Rear Trailing arms and wanted some advice on exactly how they should be set up. I just need to know which way the rear section is supposed to face. So should the bolt that connects the actual bar to the U shaped link be vertical or horizontal.

I tried adding some pictures to explain this better, but since I've only just made the account I cant.
