Ive ben having issues with the airbag light coming on

I read the codes and got 54 which is open in passenger squib circuit
.
I wiped the codes and it stayed off for six months
.
its now come back and I cant get rid of it.
I unplugged all the wires to the airbag ecu and cleaned the plugs and it still wont go away
.
the plug to the passenger side has three wires but I didn't go any further
.
I might take the airbag off and have a look
.
do you get to it, through the glove box.
and if the airbag is no good where would you get a new one from
.
theres hardly any info on the internet about this.
