rev 5 n/a to rev2 turbo

rev 5 n/a to rev2 turbo

Hi Guys, I'm after a bit of advice,

I'm looking at a nice n/a to buy to convert to a turbo, now I already have a rev2 turbo car that has a forged engine and decent gearbox but the rest of the car is not great, no body rust but everything underneath is not great,
so to my point, how much greif will it be to put a rev2 turbo engine and box and all necessary bits into a rev5 n/a

If theres no rust then whats the problem underneath?
