[Mk2] [Turbo] Tvis and fuel rail question

Im puttng my rev 2 engine back together and cant find the 3 mounting bolts for the fuel rail so does anyone know what size they are?

Also im going to replace the fuel injector seals so does anyone have a part number for these?

And final question - i have mounted the tvis plate but i find that in normal mode they are half shut then are fully shut when testing. Is this right as i thought they opened? Or shall i just get rid of the tvis by taking all the parts out of it or buy a blanking plate?

I've got mine in pieces too, the tvis is fully open and closed under vacuum
