[Mk2] [Turbo] Mounting 3sgte on stand

Just got my gearbox off. Ive removed clutch cover and clutch.

Do i need to remove the flywheel to mount the engine on my stand?

Also does anyone know what size bolts it is to mount it on to the stand as the standard bolts are too short and even though i have some longer bolts they dont seem to fit even though they look the same and i dont want to strip the threads trying.

i use lengths of m8 stud and nuts and big washers.

the original bolts IIRC Should be m10 fine.
