HSD monopro coilovers

HSD monopro adjustable height/damper coilovers, don't have much info on these, however they are in perfect working order. The springs have corrosion as shown in pictures, need a clean up as they have what looks to be some underseal.
I seem to have misplaced the c spanner, if I find it I will include it however they are only £8 new in Ebay.

These the same as the ones which are only 775 brand new? Or a higher spec model?
I only ask incase they are a more expensive model and I'm mixed up after seeing the asking price of 450
