Front Speakers without a spacer?

Post by milan »

Hi,
I have used the search function on this site to find some front components which do not need a spacer but cannot find any info. I just want to drop a set straight in. Which components do you reccommend?

I put a set of Infinity 5000cs components in mine. They didn't need spacers but I did have to drill new holes for the moutning screws.

Hello,

Were the 17 inch Kenwoods from Halfords any better than the original speakers?

Thanks

Hi,

Ive also just installed some 17 cm (not inches! lol) from Halfords to replace the original ones and can confirm that they sound ALOT better. The original ones are only 20watt whereas the kenwood units are 160watt!

Cant go wrong really for £40.
