Post by grainge231 »

So with it almost time to get the deuce painted I'm trying to find the best place to buy vinyls/decals to give it a real race car look. I'm mainly going to be track daying it. And I want a look similar to this. .... If the link works. Still not to clued up on how to link to images Image

Any sign writing/graphics place with a vinyl cutter will be able to sort you out

Make sure you use a good quality vinyl (Avery was recommended to me) I did the whole car for Le Mans with a friend who had a vinyl cutting machine.

Be aware also you'll need a heat gun and a squeegee type thing. If you choose to do it DIY.

I'm gonna redo my graphics next year in some new way I reckon!

I fancy doing something like this. I'm getting bored with plain 202 black and the paintwork isn't the best anyway.

What's the price if diying?

Yeah I'm interested in giving it more of a track ready look. Diy isn't really an issue I have some experience in fitting decals working in a body shop. Just wasn't sure if anywhere sold livery sets from what I've found on a few stores is individual shapes and colours so will start thinking of a design and look at getting started
