Electric windows

Hi all I have a MR2 tbar and I love it however ever since I got it the t bar has leaked I fixed the drivers side by window adjustment as there was a gap between the tbar seal and top of the glass. However when I adjusted the passenger side it tightened up the gap a little but it's still about 2mm from where it needs to be and this is on the maximum stop position I've even measured the window from top to bottom and this confirms the driver side is 2mm higher than the passenger side

So I'm lost any ideas
