parked headlight adjustment

Hi all
Anyone tell me how to get one of my headlights to retract down a fraction more? It is very slightly higher than my bonnet/front bumper when in the down position,

Two options:
a) Adjust the covers
b) Adjust the bump stop

Thank you Shinny - adjusted the stop and the covers yesterday. Perfik now :thumleft:
