Fixing broken clips on fog lights

Post by Draven »

I have about 5 pairs of fog lights now all with broken clips. I've pondered how to fix them.

I'm wondering about using a super strong epoxy adhesive to glue a mental bar along the back where the original plastic bits hold the fogs on then bolting through this into the crash bar.

:thumleft:

Any ideas or anything anyone has done?

Yeah I'd say the metal strip will do the trick - let me know if you need a couple of strips mate :thumleft:

Awesome a couple of metals strips if you've got em spare mate would be amazing.

I had thought about just getting a non fog bumper because I like the look but for the time being i'd like to fix at least one pair of fogs that i've got.

Cable ties and a soldering iron. Will let you work it out though.

Done loads of them this way and last if done properly
