Cleaning up (with sand paper , or dremel) the big earth strap and smaller ring that connects to the starter .. if that does not work clean up the live, disconnect the battery to do the live .
If this doent work your starer has probably failed .
Best of luck mate .. had to do this loads of times with my car.
I'd recommend getting stuck in with a multimeter before you start chucking parts at it.
Are you getting voltage at the starter motor? If not, check the wiring for continuity. Same for the ground, check it for continuity. You need to isolate the problem area first, otherwise you're going to end up buying a brand new starter and find out your ground is dodgy.
get a multimeter on the battery. then check the earths make sure they are all free rust. This was a problem with mine. little rub down with some alu oxide and she started just fine.
It was a loose wire somewhere on around the fuses. the car is running now but i really dont know which wire it is or was that is loose, i touched and movesome wires around and the car works now but there is a loose connected somewhere, any ideas guys
The volts keep changing from 11-12v to 13-14v its weird
I think it around the fuses box in the engine or the fuses im the front under the bonnet???

Have you checked the negative cable is properly tight on the battery terminal? When mine was left loose after doing some work, it drove fine for days and then suddenly i went to turn they key and got click click click. I remembered then that i hadn't tightened the negative terminal. Just check it.
