Bolts needed for Roll Centre Adjuster

Post by CalMac »

I had to cut the bolts out as the hub had cracked, so now need two longer than standard replacement bolts to suit the 1" thick 'Arnage' RCA on my NS rear.

They're M12 x 1.25, about 50mm long with partial thread (about 15mm), and are cap head bolts (although hex head wouldn't be an issue).

Does anybody know if I can just buy regular steel bolts somewhere online, or do I need high tensile bolts? Getting hold of fine pitch high tensile bolts isn't proving easy...

8.8 or 10.9 should be fine, torqued correctly and loctited.

For future reference, I ended up buying the bolts online from a company in Sussex: http://www.namrick.co.uk/

They're M12x1.25 12.9 Cap Head, 50mm long

Weren't listed online, I rang up and the friendly bloke found an unlisted box on the shelves :D Only a couple of quid each
