Been on about a year and was turning fine up till now. Do they seize up? and is worth trying to use something other that the plastic attachmentadj koni not turning

Earlier tried to change the adjustable koni settings and noticed that the left front wont turn more that 3/4 of a turn compared to rights 2.5 turns seems to just stop there like its at the end. Been on about a year and was turning fine up till now. Do they seize up? and is worth trying to use something other that the plastic attachment
