[Mk2] [Generic] 30 milli amp drain from the Door Fuse - is that normal?

Post by liamc »

Hi, I'm trying to work out the cause of my 2 having a flat battery after being left for 2 week without being driven - I was on holiday.

I've recharged the battery and began looking at the current drain on it.
I have a total drain of 60 milliamps (20mA is my aftermarket alarm) and 30mA is going through the door fuse. This stays constant even with the Window and locks switch panel unplugged from the drivers door, so I'm thinking its the central locking controller under the Dash which is drawing that current.

Does anyone know if that's a normal amount for the door fuse circuit?

Thanks
Liam
