[Mk2] [Turbo] How much to get a clutch and flywheel replaced?

Post by Fixxxer »

Just wondering how much you guys think it would cost to get a clutch and flywheel replaced on a rev 3 turbo?
If I go for a standard clutch kit with a lightweight aluminium flywheel the parts alone are going to be £560 through Fensport.
Might like to add im likely to have the gearbox off for a mini-rebuild at the same time since it's got crunches into 3rd and 4th. Hoping that while the gearbox is off, the labour for clutch and flywheel would be less than normal

What do you guys think?

Keep the stock flywheel, you will get nothing from a lightweight one apart from damaged main bearing.
