IMOC / MK1 CLUB MEETING THIS MORNING.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JUST TO REMIND YOU ALL. THE NORTH EAST REGION OF THE MR2 MK1 CLUB IS HOLDING ITS REGULAR SUNDAY MEETING THIS MORNING IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL MEMBERS OF IMOC. MEETING PLACE IS THE CHURCH MOUSE INNKEEPERS LODGE ON THE A167 JUST OUTSIDE OF CHESTER LE STREET ON THE SOUTHBOUND CARRIAGEWAY. WE ALREADY HAVE AROUND 15 CARS OF ALL MK'S ATTENDING, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO POP ALONG AND MEET LOCAL ENTHUSIASTS ALIKE.

Excellent meeting, I think there were 11 cars altogether, 5 MK1's and 6 MK2's, some very nice modded MK2's. Hope we can get together next month.

Hope you enjoyed the stock car racing at Barford as you know I had to sit in a field for the rest of a day watching an ABBA tribute.

Maybe karting or something similar next month, suggestions please.

BIG BIG Thanks to Michael and the rest of the Mk1 gang for inviting us Mk2 owners along to your meet, Fantastic day, fantastic company, I think I can safely safe for all of us it was a great outing and are looking forward to many more.

It was superb of you Mk1 guys to invite us along, trouble is you wont be able to get rid of us now

Barford was an excellent afternoon, hot sunny afternoon, lazing around watching motor sport, what more can you ask for.

shame we couldnt mate the racing but prior commitments etc etc
