There isn't a regular IMOC meeting but the mr2oc has one every month or so and I know the toyotaownersclub.co.uk have one every month, They actually have one this weekend on Sunday if your interested, If so PM me and I'll give you the details, where are you based? I'm in Glasgow if that helps.
