Other car parts to fit MR2

Would any parts, mainly brakes and suspension related fit a MR2 from scarlets or corollas?

Hmm..mr2 Toyota scarlet brakes down grade?

I really doubt it.due to being MR the shocks are stiffer at the back on mr2 than fwd car.

Ok worth asking... my local scrap yard only seem to ever have them cars in was hoping maybe toyota used some universal parts lol
